Baby PediaWise Pick: Ezpz’s First Foods Set ($38).
This is a great first feeding set for babies. Babies typically start solid foods around 4-6 months of age. (The American Academy of Pediatrics prefers 6 months.). The ezpz feeding set comes with a bowl (with an attached placement), a spoon, a fork, and a cup. Everything is made out of BPA-free silicone and is dishwasher safe. I featured the modern gray color in this gift guide, but there are a bunch of different colors to choose from (including blush, sage, coral, and indigo).


Toddler: Baghera’s Speedster Ride-On Toy for Toddlers ($190).
This vintage-looking ride-on car is a hit with toddlers. Toddlers love to be on the move. They also crave a bit of independence and (a lot of) control. This ride-on toy lets them (safely) take the wheel and use their feet to propel the car forward (or backward). The car was designed in France and is suitable for kids 1-6 years of age (although sources say it’s a bit tall for some 12-15 month-olds). p.s.
